Zarrin Shad Sepahan Company started to build a factory in 2003. This factory settled down in Mourche Khort Industrial Zone, and finally by a great try could receive exploitation license from Isfahan Mines and Industrial Department.Production line machinery has been prepared from Germany by the last technology and today European quality licenses.

Nowadays this factory in it’s first part is the greatest producer of dried dairy products such as :

Milk powder, whey powder and dairy formulation powders in Iran, that being presented to market as VARASH commercial name.

This organization has the power of producing 17 ton of powder daily and in the other parts they are going to add production line of confectionery cream, pizza cheese and resembling cream cheese to other productions. Production Line : Produce of dried productions in zarrin shad food Industrial Co. is being performed exactly in close way.In this way materials after taking delivery will be stored in the primary tanks in a good condition. Before approaching to operator, these materials pasteurizer by pasteurizer in 72-80 degrees Celsius.

Then, according to order, it’s fat will be composed by separator and after homogenize, concentration will be started. For making sure of not existing any kind of bacteria, concentrated materials will be homogenize another time and stored in different tanks, and will be prepared for sending to spray drier. Spray drier system is made of different parts. In this system product will be spray by auto miser with high speed in spray drier and finally, the forming cloud come out of spray.

These seeds because of it’s pores have a great quality and high melting. Produced powder of spray drier will lose it's hum our in fluid machine. Then it will be cold and after sifting it will be stored in silo. Finally, product will be presented to market in multi-layer paper pockets that have plastic inter layer.
